Kelly Canyon

The northern half of Kelly Canyon is part of the Bridger Canyon Rural Zoning District. The Bridger Canyon rural zoning district was established in 1973 setting the home density to 1 home for every 40 acres minimum. The existence of these protective covenants along with the bordering Gallatin National Forest lead to the area’s pristine rural character.

The southern half of Kelly Canyon is part of the Bozeman Pass Zoning District. The Bozeman Pass Zoning District was established in 2002, giving this area zoning requirements similar to those of Bridger Canyon Zoning District.
