These Ski Chalet style cabins located in Bridger Pines near the base area of Bridger Bowl. There are only 10 Bridger Pines Condos and they rarely come up for sale. The Bridger Pines Condos represent the only Ski In Ski Out option for the Bridger Bowl Ski Area.
The Bridger Pines Condos at Bridger Bowl where constructed in 1973 and are typically configured as 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units, with approximately 900 square feet. They have electric heat, with a wood burning stove. They share a community water and septic system.
The condos have a front upper balcony and a back deck with a gas grill looking at the beautiful Bridger Range. Downstairs is a full kitchen, full bath and living room. Upstairs is a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. Also upstairs is a loft with enough space for two queen sleep sofas.
Because these are the only Bridger Bowl Ski In Ski Out Condos they make excellent rental properties. They typically rent out for over $700 per week.
The Bridger Pines Subdivision was plotted in the mid 1970s and had a proposed density of 30 single family home sites and 28 condominiums units on 30 acres in the Bridger Bowl Base Area. However, only 10 single family residences and 10 condominium units exist.
The unconstructed 20 residential and 18 condominium lots in the Bridger Pines Subdivision in Bridger Canyon were under a building moratorium until the wastewater treatment system had the necessary capacity to treat wastewater discharged from all the lots to the levels required by the State of Montana.
The Bridger Pines County Water and Sewer District completed upgrades to their domestic wastewater collection and treatment system in 2015.
